My Top Ten Project Killers

What could go wrong during production	How are you going to avoid this issue? What’s your back up plan?
The models might not show up	If this happens then I may have to postpone shoot, meaning in the long run, postpone the final product. If I do not have enough time to re schedule the whole shoot, then I will have to find replacement models, this will be okay in two of my articles because they are not articles aimed at a specific person/people. If 'Capture' do not turn up to the shoot, then I will have to re schedule the time for the shoot because there is an article specifically at the band.
Camera breaks	If the camera breaks in the shoot then I will have a back up camera at hand, it could be possible that there could be a glitch with the camera, if this does happen, I will have a spare camera so if there is a problem then I can just continue without any interruption.
Weather conditions dirsupting shoot	Even though the shoot for my project is in the studio, there may be some weather conditions affecting the availability of the studio, for example the college in which the studio is based could be closed for weather problems like snow or rain, if these problems arise then I will have to rearrange the allotted studio time with the organizers so I can guarantee that I will get a studio time that will be suitable.
Illness	If i am ill during my allotted studio time then I will also have to re schedule, if I am well enough to travel to college then the shoot will continue, but if i am severely ill then I will have to cancel the shoot and rearrange it for another time.
Shoot clashing with exams	One of the problems that could clash with the shoot is exams, if one of the models, or myself for that matter has exams then the shoot will have to be postponed and rearranged, if one of the involved models has an exam, then the rest of the models can still take part in the shoot, I would just have to re book for the article shoot on the person who has an exam

Shoots booked but cameras not available or booked	There could be a problem with cameras when i have a shoot booked, there may be no cameras available for the shoot, to over come this I will make sure I book a camera and make sure that the camera will be available.
Not enough time scheduled for difficult or complex shoots.	This could be a problem because I may have a hard shoot style on my hands and if I have a short amount of time to fit it in, then I may not get all of the necessary shots that I require. To overcome this problem, I will make sure that I plan ahead with my photoshoots and book enough time so I can get everything that I desire from my shoot in the time I am given.
Photo shoots taking a long time set up so that you are only left with a short time to get pictures	To make sure this doesn’t happen, i will see if there is anyone using the studio before my shoot, if no one is in, i will go in and set up for the shoot ensuring that the whole time I have booked is used for the photos
